How long is a cylinder replacement?
A straightforward cupboard or outdoor swap is often a day. Roof-space jobs (the ones other plumbers walk away from) take longer. We say which before we book the day.
What warranty do I get?
The cylinder carries the maker’s warranty. Our workmanship is Rick’s. Keep the spec sheet we leave on site.
Is the price flat-rate?
Yes for a quoted replacement. If we open up and find extra rusted pipe, we stop and price that piece before carrying on.
