Filter questions
How long does a whole-house install take?
Most Port Hills houses are done in a half day once the kit is on the van. Tight cupboards or outdoor slabs can add time — we tell you that when we see the pipe.
What is the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on the housings and cartridges. Our workmanship sits with Rick as the certifying plumber. Ask for the written terms with your price.
Do you give a flat price?
Yes. You get the figure before work starts. No hourly surprise on a standard twin-filter install.
